I thought it hit 400k not too long ago. Am I mistaken? Did it drop?
Median house price means very little. It also changes rapidly depending on the current stats and number of sales and where the sales were.


The only figure that will really matter to a buyer is the price of the house in the neighborhood that he/she desires.



How many times have we had buyers looking for 2200 sq ft houses- move-in up-to-date condition- for 375k in a great public school system and in a low crime district????

They usually want that for 300k max. And don't forget walkable.
