I can only give my lay opinion. As I've disclosed, I am not a psychology professional. But, I can & do advise consulting one. I'm sure there are forums where such fetish topics are freely discussed. A like minded fetish community, if you will. It's my opinion, the RI forum isn't one of them.
Daboll Street is not located in either Elmwood local historic district. But, note how this strange fellow, who appears by all accounts to suffer with a crime fetish, tries to tar the urban neighborhood regardless.
