2 charged with killing woman found in Providence river

"Aja Lovett, 34, and Dusti Turner, 35, have each been charged with murder and conspiracy.

Lovett and Turner are accused of killing Katherine Gascoigne, whose body was found in the water off of Promenade and Bath streets Thursday afternoon."
