Another "reluctant" post. To tell us that you won't be posting?

I mostly feel bad for I Man. I think the grumpy 6:00 AM posts about fetishes, were actually therapeutic for him. And unfortunately, it seems all of the recent phony threads/conversations have bored him silly to the point where he may have abandoned the site.

The moral of the story: be careful what you ask for.

In addition to the CHAD BROWN stabbing, there were two stabbings last night in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

Providence Police investigating 2 Friday night stabbings

https://www.abc6.com/providence-poli...ght-stabbings/

The first incident happened on Bolton Ave., where a 15-year-old was stabbed after police were called multiple times to disperse a group of unruly youths.

Later on, a 17-year-old was stabbed at Academy Ave & Chalkstone Ave. This is where the Elmhurst, Valley, and Mount Pleasant neighborhoods meet.

It appears to be technically Mount Pleasant, but that's not 100% clear.

And slightly off topic to the thread (but right next door in East Providence), a man was stabbed at his apartment in Riverside.

"A man was stabbed in the head several times in Riverside Friday night."

It appears to be technically Mount Pleasant, but that's not 100% clear.

From this photo, actually looks like the stabbing happened on the Valley side of the intersection (in front of the La Poblanita Market).

Not just one big EBT sign out front, but three (covering all angles). I guess one won't otherwise survive as a business in Valley?

Man in Wheelchair Hit by SUV in Providence

Handy Street (off Amherst Street) in the Olneyville neighborhood. Very rough area within the Manton Atwells Valley triangle.

This was no accident.

"The victim — a male in his 50s — told police he had been waiting for a medical transportation van to take him to an appointment.

According to police, the victim said the van was unable to drive up the street due to a vehicle blocking its path.

The victim said he went to look for the vehicle’s owner, when a neighbor arrived in his SUV, and an argument ensued.

The driver of the SUV — later identified as Bryan Molina, age 23 — then reportedly accelerated his vehicle and ran over the victim, causing him to fall out of his wheelchair."

That absolutely IS a very rough area. And I find it very disappointing that long time members here like the Kooky Kroissant Kid, continue with outrageous lies like this.

Some new paint and the removal of a sketchy corner store has it looking a lot better, but this is still a dangerous area.
