Hi - I am thinking about renting a place at Malvern Manor. I have read reviews from an apartment rental website that are either really positive or really negative about the community, especially in terms of noise. But the reviews do not go into too much detail. For example, is noise an issue between 11 pm and 7 am? I would appreciate any feedback from people who have lived there and can either confirm or negate any of these reviews. Thanks, in advance.

Hello - thanks so much for the reply. Quick question, did you mean 8 am and 4 pm or 8pm and 4am?

Hello. I lived in Malvern Manor for a year and would have stayed longer had I not been moving to another city.

The walls are very thin. Most of the noise I heard happened before 11pm, though. I never had any problems at night. I could hear my upstairs neighbors scuffling about from time to time, but it wasn't so loud as to be a problem.

Overall, I thought it was a great place to live. It seems like a lot of older people live in these apartments...can't imagine how loud it could get.

My only gripe with the place was the management. I think it was in the process of changing right as we moved. Every time I stopped by the office the person with whom I needed to speak was never there.
