There's really not much involved. The hot dogs dont need prepping. But the health dept doesnt allow us to store food products for vending purposes in our home kitchen so we need a small amount of space in a commercial kitchen to store the hotdogs and buns in. Also, we make an onion sauce to top the dogs with that would have to be made on site at the commercial kitchen. We cant make the sauce at home.

Did you wind up finding something? I am in the process of looking for something myself.

I did find something.....took months tho. the best thing to do is just to talk to everybody you know, and every restaurant you know. and dont give up. we got alot of "sorry, we cant" and "Sorry, we already have someone". but you cant get discouraged. Finding a kitchen to work out of was one of the most difficult tasks we had in getting the business up and running.

We would not require much time or space. We want to go ahead and get started already but thats the one thing that is holding us back. Thanks so much for your time!
My family and i are doing the same thing. We need a commissary for our business and it's hard to find especially if you're on a budget.I found a good deal on the trailer to start, but now i need a commissary to store food.I would love to hear more about your business and any ideas you have.
