Paul was easy to get in touch with, and easy to work with. As a woman, I have occasionally felt like I was not being taken seriously by contractors or mechanics, but this was not the case with Paul. My conversations with him have been informative and honest, and beyond that, he was gracious with my in-laws. The report he compiled on my house was very thorough. It was written with great care and attention to detail. Paul did not use scare tactics when describing problem areas, and did not inflate his repair estimates. I would recommend Paul Locke's services to anyone who is buying a home in the greater Richmond area.

That is the problem with Paul, it is a HUGE conflict of interested to perform a home inspection and then offer to do or recommend someone to do the work. It is unethical and a conflict of interest to inspect a home and them provide a listing of people to do the work and the price. He is getting a kick back from the contractor to do "work" he determines is required to sell the house.
