Hello!
My husband was recently offered a job in the Richmond area. He will be headed that way very shortly. Our son and I will be staying in Tennessee and will follow him after this school year. We would love to know what areas we should look for to rent/buy a home that is relatively close to Richmond, family friendly, has affordable housing options, and that have competitive schools. I am a teacher and our son will soon be entering middle school...so this is a crucial point in our decision on where to live.
Any information would be GREATLY appreciated!
