I don't know if you're interested in a church preschool, but I've heard good things about the preschool at Derbyshire Baptist and the Child Enrichment Center at Mt. Vernon Baptist (that's where I'll be sending my four year old next year). We've had a decent experience with the Shady Grove YMCA. The Child Development Center at Wyndham also has a great reputation, but I think it's pretty difficult to get into.

I send my daughter to All Saints preschool.
All Saints Episcopal Church, Richmond Virginia (http://www.allsaintsrichmond.org/Preschool/index.html - broken link) We have been there for one year (just moved to Richmond last summer) and have been thrilled with it.
