House clean-out service (Roanoke, Blacksburg, Wytheville: sale, houses, moving company)

I co-own some property in southwestern VA which may be on the market soon.

In the meantime I'd like to find an individual or company that specializes in cleaning out houses; removing furniture and hauling it away for donation or junk (no valuable antiques in the house) so the interior can be properly cleaned. 1-800-GOT-JUNK doesn't service that part of the state, and Google hasn't been much help.

It's a six-room house with bath and outbuildings located about 45 minutes west of Blacksburg.

Any leads greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update: Not all family members are on board with a sale of the property. My choice is to have everything auctioned off, but I'm a voice of just one.
