I'm wondering if anyone else got their city tax assessment estimate?

Huge increase on my properties.

This should make you happy. You've previously mentioned real estate equity as the preferred way of amassing wealth.

FWIW, I've lived in one of the suburban towns that surround the City of Rochester, for the last 33 years. I don't follow the tax rate as closely as I watch my tax bill. During that period, my total property tax levy has DOUBLED........
