Last year, I had a company put up a Stucco on the exterior side of a garage. When it rain, I found out it was leaking rain water. Thought they did a poor job on my patching the Stucco...But I fixed it by sealing everything I could find that could or may be the cause of the leak.

The majority of the rain did stopped after sealing the cracks. It rain again, the leak was less, mainly near the window, but to see what was the issue was I ripped out the whole entire Interior drywall that is tied to this stucco (I did not touch the stucco which is on the outside or the water barrier), turns that 100% of the barrier wall is completely wet..It does not look wet but once I used a Moisture meter, it shows 100% wet. Is this normal for a moisture barrier to be this wet after the rain? Or something serious wrong? My friend says it should not be this wet since the area is not even close or near a window...from top to bottom from left to right the barrier wall is all wet.

I also looked at the bottom of the stucco and its clear doesn't look like there is blockage in the stucco weep either.
