Go with the Sacramento Co-Op on Alhambra an T (or something like that) for your health food.

The Co-Op is on Alhambra and S, but there's a Nugget Market in Southport along Jefferson that fills the bill just as well, and requires less driving for someone living in West Sacramento. Can't help with the rest, but Southport is a few minutes' drive from about a zillion restaurants and three major medical centers in downtown Sacramento so it's not much of a challenge to find all the rest.
