Just read the article. Your house in Seattle has doubled in 4 years? Damn, I say sell. The market is starting to get worse up here in the NW, so I say sell while you can. You can get some sweet deals right now, especially in those foreclosure ridden places.

I just read the article! Nice! It was great reading since we are in the same boat, although I don't think we have made as much as you on our Seattle home. We bought in Feb of 05, and I would guess it has gone up 25%.
