Looks like another restaurant but who? Does anyone know what it may be. I can see where the Starbucks is being built and looks like a drive through location given the building. A GNC is being built next door to Starbucks at the Rim.

Oh man....that brought back fond memories of the original Casbeers. I remember going there with my dad when I was a kid and inhaling their enchiladas with a big red....it was sooo good!
There was a waitress there about 90 years old ...my dad called her Patsy Possum Lips. Wish they had a place like that around again. Good to dream I suppose.

Whatever is being built, it more than likely is some chain....not many mom and pop places could afford that real estate, unfortunately.
