Are there any options for internet in Bandera other than Indian Creek, and Wildblue?

My brother in law just switched to Wildblue due to his equipment burning up for his Indian Creek connection. They do not provide the antenna and other things he needs so it will cost him $600+ just to get started back up. Wildblue is a satellite service that charges somewhere around $80 a month for a whopping 1.5mbps download. Because of the way satellite works, he or his son cannot play their ps3 online, which is one of the main reasons for the internet at their house. He was originally told by the tech that they could play games with no problem, of course until after they get him to sign a 2 year contract.

Does anybody know of any other options we might have overlooked?

GCTV doesn't service the area
No Clear
Cell phones don't have 4g in the area, well at least sprint doesn't. I would have to look into the others, but it's Bandera, so probably not.

Anybody have any ideas???
