I contacted them and am waiting to hear back. Centex says that our roofs have a twenty year warranty. Does anyone know if wind damage is normally covered under this warranty? I have a feeling that Barker won't be willing to help, but I have my fingers crossed.
I had damage too and called my home insurance company...suggest you do the same as the roofer will probably make you contact the shingle maker.

Default need referrals for rental

Our house is currently being rented in Westcreek and we need a better property manager & some referrals for plumbing & tree trimming. We had been getting by with Mark from Handy Services but apparently he is out of business now. I've gotten some great help from this thread in the past and am hoping some of you will share your resources again. Thanks!

Just an FYI for those who live in The Vistas: Two homes on Moon Stream have been broken into the last couple of days. Both homes had the front door kicked in. I think it was in the early afternoon. My neighbor recommended buying and installing EZ Armor for all the doors on the house.
