My mother lives in one part of Westcreek and I live in another subdivision. In August, her Honda was stolen from her driveway. The car was later recovered down 1604 on a dirt road. I went to the SAPD lot to recover what I could from inside. The car was cosmetically stripped (fenders, hood, bumpers, etc).
About ten minutes ago I was driving home through my subdivision and I saw the bumper that was on my Mothers car on another Honda Civic!! I know it was the same bumper because it still has two of the bumper stickers that she had on her car. I really can't prove that the person who is driving this car stole my moms car.
Does this justify a call to the Police or should I just let it go?

YES WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. I'm certain they could trace where the person driving the car got the bumper.

Anyone know what the deal was with all the sirens near Potranco and Talley this morning?
My wife said when she went to work later it was blocked off.

Anyone have constant power issues? We lost power on a regular basis (recently) - and as we work at home, it's a real PITA.

It goes out at our place about ever 2-3 days now, sometimes just a quick blip, sometimes for an hour. Guess I'll call CPS tomorrow.

Also, I'm sitting at my desk right now (10:58 pm) and I just heard gunfire! No, not a backfire, but rapid succession of 5-6 shots.

That must have been what I heard last night. I heard something but it was very faint and I couldn't figure out what it was. I was in bed and got up to investigate.
