I read the info about the new Quarry Village delux apartments that are being built. The blurb said that 185 of the apartments will have a view of the golf course. However, in looking at a map, I can't figure out exactly where they are building these. At this point, isn't anything that has a view of the golf course in the flood plain? Where will these apartments (and retail) be?

Thanks,
K

Really? Ok, on Googlemaps I see the cloverleaf of 281 intersecting with Basse Rd. Will these apartments be on the south side of Basse, or on the north side? I don't see any space between Basse and the Quarry market. There's just a cloverleaf for 281 there. If the apartments are west of 281, they will be dead deep in the flood zone. I still don't understand where they will be, as the map seems to indicate that there is no space along Basse that is not directly IN the golf course or just south of it in the flood pit. Or will they be on the train tracks???

Ok, I see, on the golf course that is on the east side of the Quarry, toward Alamo Heights, right?

it's on basse on the back side of the quarry, between the club house and the Clear Channel headquarters.

Hello, HELLO! Always nice to visit with you!

I might have incorrect info, but I was told by a commercial realtor that the "shops at Quarry Village" will be mixed use and will have the residential apartments above the shopping center! This was new news to me as I was under the impression that the "shops" were strictly another strip center!

I don't know if they will be "townhouse" style or "condo" style. Anyone know?

210? Did I get correct info?

Thanks for the map and the hello So right out of Whole Foods' back door, then. From a map view, it just doesn't look like there's much space there for any new buildings (especially big centers) but I'm sure they've figured it out...
