Anybody that lives out this way knows what it's gonna be?? It right by the wells Fargo and in front of that Mexican log cabin restaurant called La Cabana. Looks to be a decent size and I can't make out yet whether its gonna have a drive thru or not yet.

Hi, Davi78239, ,been wondering the same thing myself.A couple of the warehouse guys here at work mentioned driving past the place, and John said it looked like it might have a drive through.
Went past there, but so far no sing saying what it is. The log building used to be Pat's Place South,a branch of the Pat's Place restaurant in New Braunfels. The owner decided to just concentrate on her New Braunfels restaurant. Was after that Arroyo Grill, and then Railroad Seafood Station. So far this new mexican place is the only thing that has lasted since Pat's left.
By the way, do you know what they are building along the IH35 access road in Selma, next to the Hooters and the Holiday Inn Express? John said that his mom thought it might be a Red lobster, but we shall see.

Back to the unknown restaurant on 78, a Fazolis would be so cool but I highly doubt it. Better not be another Mexican one. And I'm also hoping that it's not an IHOP or Denny's or anything already off 3009. It looks like a good size restaurant and maybe it does have a drive through now that I think about it.

Yes it's a cheddars by the Hooters. As for the unknown restaurant on 78, I've heard by two good sources that it will be yet another Mexican restaurant. The name still unknown though.

It won't be a restaurant. It is going to the corporate office of some company that makes breakfast tacos. I have heard they may have a drive thru window to sell breakfast tacos. They decided on this location due to some big DOD contracts that will be bringing in lots of workers to Cibolo.

Interesting if true. It sure looks like a regular restaurant to me.
