Does anyone have any information or any insight into what the heck is going on in the big white building on EXPO blvd behind the Cityview building on i-10 and huebner. I heard a while back that they were built, and the contractor shafted everyone who put money down on the building and skipped town. But I see that there's one person living there... or at least I see one car there all the time. Does anyone know anything about this? I see maintenance guys every once in a while there too. I've googled the crap out of this, and only stubs of stories come up.

I am curious about this too. Looks like a nice building. I live close to hear and looks kind of eerie all landscaped and sometimes lit at night. According to info back in 2008 they were gonna sink like 21 million into it but i don't think it ever happened.

http://strangesanantonio.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html i guess this is the one of 2 people living there.

http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/15433659/11327-EXPO-BLVD-San-Antonio-TX/ says its off the market.

I went over there a few years ago to have a look, I was honestly interested. I got ahold of the guard/desk person, whoever through the intercom and they gave me the name of an agent who was taking care of that. I called, several times. They never got back to me.

Oh well.

Oh, that's the place where they take randomly kidnapped San Antonians and lobotomize them. Haven't you noticed the zombie-like lack of brains lately?

Does anyone know where one could find information about why 11327 Expo Blvd. has seemingly been vacant since it was built 13 years ago?

Thanks! I was just curious. It seems like a long time to have no climate control in any of the units.

There are two or three YouTube videos posted of that place from 2015. One video shows the model unit and it does look nice.
