Not tile..but the little balls? I'm playing the minute to win it game called Spare Me ...

and have gone to Wal-Mart, Target and Family Dollar. None of them had them. I don't have a problem driving to get them as long as I know for sure I can find them.

I didn't try those. I actually just drove by HEB thinking they wouldn't have it nor have I made it to a Dollar Tree yet.

I just wanted to see if y'all knew of a specific location so I didn't have to drive around. We're always such a wealth of knowledge.

Which one did you see them at?

most hobby lobbies seem to have much the same stuff, but the one i've visited the most in the one off of bandera. like l210 said, try the craft stores, like michaels. maybe even try toy zone off of off nw mil. i've never been but that place looks like they have a lot of alternative toys.

also like sapphire said, try heb. i KNOW i've bought marbles on a number of occasions from the grocery store and the drug store. this wasn't in san antonio or stores found in sa though, so i am not sure myself.

Definitely any Hobby Lobby. There should be a display near the registers with kids toys. There you'll find regular playing marbles as well as Chinese checker marbles. If by some chance the peg is empty, go back to the area with the party favors. They'll be there too.

Look in the flower arranging aisle too, they've got the small glass marbles in a mesh bag. Most of them will be the ones that are flat on one side, but they also carry the round ones for putting in a vase.

I actually bought a pack of those at Family Dollar and tried 'em out. No dice (or marbles). The flat edges didn't work out.
