I ended up not having the level II, but my OB was perfectly happy to do one. I'm not sure if it would have been in her office, I don't think so. She did have an U/S machine in her office but talked like the level II would be done elsewhere.

My wife was seeing Debra Williams (Women Partners) for baby #1 and loved her. For baby #2 and our current pregnancy (#3) we are seeing Tammy Murdoch simply because we are closer to NC Baptist. My wife loves Dr. Murdoch as well.

Can you have your ultrasound before you move? In Detroit we do it at 18 weeks. I had my ultrasound in a hospital and you're right, it is a very in-depth process of measurements & analysis (and none of my pregnancies were high-risk, this is just a routine detailed ultrasound). Don't let anyone blow you off. My doctors NEVER did this procedure in the office, it's necessary to have a tech.
