Is anyone part of or heard of a good book club?? I tried to start one up in Westcreek, but could not get enough interest. I prefer to stay in the northwest side of town.

Default New in town too

I'd be interested if you're starting one up. I haven't heard of any yet as I have only been here three months. Keep me posted!

Default Me too

I'd also be interested in a book club in the Northwest. Is it possible for you to try starting one again and inform the many forum surfers who may be interested?

City-data just started a book club. If you look down towards the bottom under where all the states are listed, under Entertainment, books it is a sticky at the top of the page Not an "in person" book club but still is fun!

I would definitely be interested in a book club on the Northwest side of town. I just moved here in May and have been looking for one.

We have one--just DM midorigreen for the info. We were supposed to meet up last week, but she was not feeling well.

We are currently reading "Good Grief" by Lolly Winston.....and of course there is food involved! We are each supposed to bring a dessert with recipe cards to share. Each book will have a different food theme.

Hope to see you there!

edited to add: this is on the NW side near Potranco and 1604!
