Hi All,

I've seen similar posts but hoping for some updated responses. I own a fully paid off home at 1604/Redland Rd but I am looking to sell or rent it and move into a newer style home/neighborhood with new updates. I am also looking for a one story and a reputable builder.

1. What are some recommendations for some newer nice neighborhoods from 1604/281 corridor heading East to 1604/I-35 corridor? I mainly favor the NC part-traffic seems to be getting better but I am open for suggestions. NE School Districts.

2. What are some suggested builders you all have had GREAT experiences with? Who are "the best"?

3. Single Story, 3+ bed, 2 bath, study and covered patio. A backyard landscape/greenbelt view would also be great.

Overall I've had a problem finding something $250k or below as the one story and newer neighborhood inventory seems wiped out.

I'm open to any contacts/builders/agents you may have. Thanks in advance for the advice!

As far as production builders go I absolutely love Highland Homes amazing product, great reputation, and nice floor plans. Also Lennar offers nice plans with a lot of features included. We just recently built home this year & had a great experience with our realtor. We looked everywhere from Stone Oak to Boerne to Helotes, your in for a ride but in the end it will be worth it! I have sent you their info through a direct message Good Luck!
