Just want to share something.

We were just at Ali Baba's International Food Market on Wurzbach near IH 10. Apparently a preferred place for lamb because they had a long line of customers at their butcher counter. People were buying whole and half lambs and whole legs. Their walk-in cooler was brimming.

In addition, they also had all fresh lamb offal (heart, kidneys, liver). I'm more into leg of lamb, but having bought a Robertson's Ham a couple days ago, just don't have room in this weeks' menu for it.

Ali Baba

nice. I may pay a visit sometime. SA needs more international foods, not just foods from HEB or walmart. Were not all white here and there are plenty of international immigrants such as myself that need ingredients that you can't normally get from HEB or Walmart.

To me, lamb isnt international, "non-white" food.

When I was in Japan, I had horse meat which I would consider an exotic type of meat that isn't found here at all.
