BTW, with the bonds passing Saturday, those proposed schools are now reality.

Thanks

Haven't seen one yet. I do know that there is a completed road that connects Stevens Ranch with Belle Vista.

I noticed that Bella Vista was connected to Stevens Ranch as well. I like the artists rendering of the entrance. We will see if the entrance is that elaborate come build time. Id love to see a list of builders and details on lot sizes/pricing. It looks like a pretty complete community with a lot of commercial/retail/schools. Now Im all excited about this development that is mostly dirt and rocks at the moment.

This is one of the slowest subdivisions to be built that i've ever seen. Every other ranch (Alamo, Redbird) is up and running except for them. I wonder if they've completely slowed down because of the housing market.

How about that ranch between Talley Road and West Loop 1604 that Wiseman bisects? They even cut down all the small trees/brush (but not removed) and are now trying to sell the property. With all the houses being built, I think the only way they can sell it is to turn it into 5-10 acre tracts.
