Hemisview would be the ideal location in terms of commuting, as it's just off 281/I-37, but if that place doesn't work for him, 1010 South Flores works well (I-10 E at S. Alamo, to I-37S). Was just by there today and it's looking good. If he's already living in town, it's worth coming by on the weekend to check it out. If it had existed when I was first here, young and single, I'd have considered it for sure.

Love the area! I am 23 and frequent Southtown because of the small town feel that it gives to a large city. He will enjoy it!
