i need something less than 6 months since after that period i would have something permanent but i have found that most places offer a 12 months leasing

i need help!.. i am 30, female, single.

i will be in town this weekend so if you have any advising or places you think i should visit, let me know

Where are you going to school? How close to school do you want to live? Do you need to have quick access to public transportation?

Most apartment leases are 6 months. Some will do less than 6 months with a $$ premium.
