I will be interested in how HEB downsizes their product selection for such a small store. If this is a success they may be able to compete with Trader Joe's in the small urban grocery store market, a small but fast growing niche.

If it is all true it will be really neat....

I've wondered that too. Anything that moves things forward is a bad thing for some groups in town. Strange, that's always bothered me.
