Hello,

I am a mother of two, currently living in Milwaukee, WI and I hate it. I was born and raised here, and I don't want to raise my kids here. I have heard really good things about SA. Wisconsin school system is horrible, and this place is becoming the most racist city to raise a black family. I am looking for rental property in a diverse neighborhood ($900-$1300 a month), suburban like area not too cookie cutter, great schools, and most of all a safe area. I currently make close to $40,000 a year and I'm seeking employment in the Human Service/Social Work field. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please give me some feedback, pros and cons of SA? Safe neighborhoods (zip codes if possible), good schools, best places to work in the Social Service field. Thanks

For you budget and requirements i'd look in the following zip codes:

NE side of town look at 78247 or 78217 north of Wurzbach Parkway

NW side of town look at 78249

The zip codes mentioned are least cookie cutter suburban areas that I can think about.

I'd also look at 78218. Agree on 78217
