I used to go to Red McCombs but quit going because their service department was so busy it took hours to get your vehicle in the garage even if you had an appointment.

So I switched to Alamo Toyota, but after a number of mishaps by their service department I couldn't accept their poor quality any longer and started going back to Red McComb's.
The last time I was there they stapled a notice to my receipt with their new location's address on it, so I knew they were moving.
My issue was with also with the service dept. I could go into more detail but rather not. I honestly feel it is the worse dealership (across all brands) I ever went to in San Antonio but that is my personal opinion of course.

Alamo Toyota has to be the most overpriced Toyo dealer in SA. Their service department ain't that great either but it's the closet one to me so I typically went there when I had my Toyota(s).

I just stay away from Toyotas in general (at least their cars) as they are soulless and not fun to drive vehicles.

You can blame CAFE. It is only getting worse and it affects many cars across all brands but Toyota seems to have this desire to exceed the requirements which of course leaves us with a pile of crap that gets great mpg.
