I miss Boston Subworks. They had a great Philly cheesesteak. It was a mom and pop place run by a family actually from Boston! I do like Chicago style pizza though.

Anyone know what's coming up by the ihop where rolling oaks mall is?? I remember passing by a month or so ago and seeing construction of what looked to be a restaurant I'm sure. Also, where the Shakes was supposed to be not too far down the road at the failed shopping center across from the forum, it looks like they 're working on that too.

Not sure if this place has been posted before. Hit a small "joint" outside of 1604 and Bandera called Fish and Grill Seafood House.

Started out with chips and salsa. Very nice seasoned chips and fresh salsa. Better than most Tex Mex places here in town. Wife had the fish tacos and I chose the chicken street tacos. Additionally, we also split a ceviche tostada. Wow... everything tasted fresh and was appropriately seasoned. Not too strong and not too weak. Highly recommend this place if you have the time.

Don't know anything about the Shakes. What failed shopping center across from the Forum? TWhere the old Ruben's Place used to be ,they are building a new shopping plaza,no stores as of yet.
Next to IHOP, Security Service Credit Union is building a new place with a drive through. Will be ready in a year, and then they will move out of Rolling Oaks Mall.
Burger King and the 54th Street bar and Grill are going in where the old Live oak Civic center used to be.hope that helps.
