Hello everyone,

I have been in San Antonio for about 5 years and love it. Now I am entering the market to make a residential purchase.

Who has worked with a mortgage broker recently who you felt went the "extra mile" to find you a competitive mortgage? Preferably, I am looking for a broker who has residential investment experience also.

They may have a different branch, but he was looking for a name of a person and not just a company. Getting a mortgage isn't like walking into Walmart and pulling one off the shelf. You need to find a specific loan officer that does a bang up job and go with them.
