Default Gardening ALL year in San Antonio??

Do you have a garden that you keep ALL year long? We move to Shertz in June and would love to have a garden all year long. I know it may be too late for me to plant in June, but for future reference. Does anybody have any success? Thanks

Vegetable garden or flower garden? It's possible to do either, but you have to be prepared to protect the most tender plants on the handful of nights where the temp drops below freezing.

A couple of years ago, we had such a mild winter that I had tomato plants that overwintered with no help from me and produced a couple of tomatoes in the spring.
