Is there an actual realtor who REALLY cares about people who need to find a home to live in? Who has patience and understanding and not out just for a buck?

It has been two weeks since the Mr. and I have moved out of a duplex that was purchased and the owner decided to live in.

We're somewhat displaced, residing with relatives. We have our two small dogs with us which makes it hard. We've had a couple of realtors try and help but they give up when they don't like when you don't take their advice or suggestion.

Well, you're not the one who's going to live at a particular resident, are you? We want to be happy and safe at the place we eventually move to. We're looking from Boerne to New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Spring Branch, North San Antonio/ Bexar County.

We've already explored the possibility of purchasing a home but we will wait six months to a year. God willing.

So any listing agents out there, owners, and property managers know of any one or know of a property that is coming up for rent ASAP, please let me know!

This is a first for us in this experience and it's been beyond frustrating.

Realtors have to be realistic in where they invest their time.....when you discount their recommendations, they sometimes have to realize that you're just not a good fit. So they're doing both of you a favor by recognizing you're better off with another agent. Bear in mind that a rental brings little income to a realtor, who is going to be investing about the same amount of time as they would with a sale, especially if you're looking in a broad area.
