Does anyone know what is being developed on the east side of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints at 10819 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78251? Land is being cleared of trees on an approx 8 acre plot of land on Military Drive W between the church and Seaworld's Park and Ride just inside 1604. Bobcat Pass is the street across from the parcel.

I don't know the answer, but property records show the owner to be the Anheuser Busch Foundation.

Seaworld used to be owned by Busch Entertainment Corp. The property was, no doubt, part of Seaworld until Busch Entertainment was sold off to the Blackstone Group. This parcel probably remained in the family and wasn't part of the Seaworld sale hence the transfer to the Anheuser Busch Foundation. What are they going to do with it? Who knows..
