I really like their approch to selling cars. I was curious if there is anyone that has worked/is working for them that can fill me in on how it works. Thinking about applying for a JOB. I know they are not commision, so is it as cut-throat as other dealerships. Do you have quotas to meet?, is there a base salary? Just general questions like those. Any info would be great.

sorry i can't help you on this, but i will say that i LOVE gunn dealerships --- our last 5 cars have all been honda's and all were purchased at Gunn Honda --- we will never shop at another dealer again!!!

I had no idea that they don't work for commission. I just bought a honda two weeks ago from them. i have to say that i was very satisfied with the no-haggle policy, the seemingly low price and the salesman's knowledge.
