I am moving to San Antonio in October and starting school at the Culinary Institute and need to find an apt nearby. Also looking for roommate(s).

I do not know anything about the city. Or the name of the area the school is located in. I checked craigslist and found some places but don't know exactly where to look
Thanks

I had the search done for you on the link I posted. You want to be near Trinity, Broadway, Josephine, Pearl Parkway, St. Mary's...........that's a good start, anyway. There are some really cute apartments on the link.

those craigslist posts look pretty good, but many duplex and the like don't post anywhere in san antonio. if it's a possibility, i'd drive around the neighborhoods when you get here looking for rent signs. Tobin Hill is the immediate neighborhood, but that's actually pretty expansive. Otherwise there is Government Hill, Monte Vista, Alta Vista, downtown, River Road, and Mahncke Park.
