A fairly large tract of land is cleared North of the Costco at the UTSA Blvd./I-10 intersection. Anyone know what it is going to be?

This is all I could find about it:

A H Inns Inc. has sold 6.5 acres at UTSA Blvd. and W. IH-10 in San Antonio to Lubbock-TSC LP for $4.24 million, or about $652,300 per acre.
The parcels are adjacent to a Costco store in northwest San Antonio. The buyer's plans for the land were not disclosed.

I don't have an exact address for the site, so I could not find any building permits for it.

Here's the PLAT application (made in July). I'm a novice at reading these, but it looks like they divided it into 2 lots?

I found the site plan:

LoopNet - I-10 & UTSA Blvd, Retail (land), 5611 UTSA Blvd, San Antonio, TX

There is going to be a ROOMS TO GO and another unnamed tenant.

It is going to ROOMS TO GO second location in San Antonio. They opened the first store off 410 (near North Star Mall) in 2005. The recently expanded into the Houston market with 4 stores. They also have locations in the Dallas and Austin metros.
