No bonus this year, no pay raise this year. 2 years in a row. They keep telling me, "at least we still have a job." You can only play that song so many times...it's like they're using the economy as an excuse.

ie cog vs income? THAT doesn't sound good for the patient.

My friend's a Respiratory Therapist and he said that he's been so loaded down with patients that's it's getting hard to provide quality care for them. He's doing more paperwork than therapy...
