Maybe this will cause people to have a little more pride and stop littering... we took visitors to the Whitte Museum the other day and were shocked at the trash in the river behind the museum. Birds and turtles were actually walking on the garbage as it had blocked the river. Not to mention, it was Earth Day!!! Surely folks don't want that impression of our city.
