Forgive my ignorance, I have been out of the country for the past year. Can someone please tell that I am reading this report correctly--that they will be making a tollroad on 1604 between Bandera & Military? I was aware of the plans the do this on the north side of 1604, but did not know it was to extend that far south. I had been hoping that with the additional infrastructure funding we could finally get 1604 lanes worked on over here. This sucks so bad, if true, because it appears the work won't even start for another few years.

TIA,
Liz

I just realized that all I had to do was use the Search function for info on 1604 tollroads (duhhhhh...) And of course you all have discussed this to death! So I will just brush up on all the info since I am sure at least 10 of you will have already answered my question in the 1st post. It appears, from a brief perusal of the posts I saw, that my question has indeed been answered--some as far back as 2-3 years ago!

LOL, I will keep that in mind. I honestly don't know what my opinion is on TR's. I can see both sides very easily.

Since truth is the antidote to "fiction," you'd think that the RMA's web site would be chock full of details on this project. It isn't. They appear to have circled the wagons and raised the drawbridges.
