SeaWorld is very protective of their animals (ever notice the containers the food comes in and the inability to get a plastic straw?), so they don't let people touch many of them. I know my daughter has seen a few in her office (she works there) and that's a good way to make a person's day. I'd love to have a little penguin come walking by while I'm wishing I was anywhere but work. They're some stinky little things, though.
BTW, I went to Alaska last year and didn't see one penguin. Luckily I wasn't looking forward to seeing any either
