There was an article on mysa today that said Justin's will be back on the Riverwalk (yeah for them as this will bring back a lot of business for them). However, the article didn't really say if they would be shutting down their new shop on Main in Monte Vista. Does anyone have any info. on this??

I was down on the Riverwalk last Friday night and was surprised to see a monument sign for Justin's right by the County Line. At the time I just assumed they had reopened down there a while ago... don't think their Main St. location is closing... at least, I hope not!!! I'll miss my evening walks down the street to get the best ice cream in town!

A little birdie told me that one possibility is a late-night (maybe even 24 hours) cafe/coffee shop (maybe with beer, wine, and food) at the old Justin's location. I like Justin's, but I'd like that A LOT more.

I drove by there today and the shop was closed. Signs were down and butcher paper was covering the windows. I guess they are closed for good???

Yes, they are closed for good at that location. The Ruta Maya coffee shop will be moving in there. (Incidentally, they used to be on the Riverwalk, so it looks like it'll be the ol' switcharoo with Justin's.)
