Well....Karey...are you planning on moving here? That was my first question. You asked a lot of questions but you also had some of the answers. And some of the questions we can't answer because they pertain to you and some were too vague.....ie"...am I hearing this wrong?" and "are these really good deals?"

We don't really know what you heard specifically....and again...no specifics on the deals either. So yah....a bit confused.

If we can start over, maybe we can help.....with are you planning on moving here? What size house and price range are you looking for? Are you particular about schools and location to work? Do you care about the safety of the neighborhood, do you just want a cheap house?

It's a start at least.

Housing is inexpensive because of the cost of living here.
