They're attracted to moisture... might want to make sure nothing is leaking back there or that all of your outside doors seal tight. Especially on the bottom of the door.

You'll go farther eliminating the reason why they get in than you will by poisoning anything.

We had a bunch of them in the house when we moved in. We had the house exterminated to get rid of them. We've lived here 11 years and it hasn't happened again.

I'm having roly poly issues, too. lol My back patio is a roly poly graveyard! It's a mystery to me-- I think the same thing happened about this time last year. The last time it happened I thought it may have been caused by my husband spraying the yard for mosquitos. We haven't sprayed at all this year, though, so I guess that's not it. No pesticides, no weed killer, not even any fertilizer. We can sweep the patio clean and 24 hours later, the patio is covered up again with them!

They are EVERYWHERE! Fortunately I have a soft spot in my heart for the ol' pillbug. I had one when I was 3 that I caught and kept and his name was Freddie... "and I shall love him and he shall be my squishy." Until a day or two later and I lost him at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I was never the same. Neither were my parents, when they figured out why I was crying. lol.

Cute story! I tried to rep ya for it, but it said I must spread the love first. When I was little, I used to love to play with and collect the rollie pollies in an old lunch box filled with dirt. Then one day I saw that they liked to hang out in the dog poop. After that, I never touched one again.
