A news article from MYSA.com (http://www.mysanantonio.com/business/stories/MYSA061407.lacanteradevelop.en.199b03c.html - broken link) says Galo Properties and Fulcrum Development have a joint venture to develope an upscale 99 acres in the SE corner with 2 hotels, retail space, office space, and mutli-family housing. Is this in place of Regal Hills and La Joya?

I believe the development " regal hills" has been sold to another developer recently. There is actually a full report stating this in yesterday's express news in the business section. A quick summary states 1 million sq.ft. of office space, 300,000 sq. ft of retail and about 1500 multifamily or so units. The office portion will start construction first by Janurary 2008 with two 6-story office buildings. Hope this info helps!

This was the now former Turnberry project "Regal Hills" which was going to be a 1 million sq. ft. power center on 99 acres.

Now it has just been turned up a notch and will be 1 million sq. ft., 600,000 sq. ft. of retail, 1,500 multifamily residential units and two hotels with one being a five star.
