Hey All-

Does anyone know if the mine behind Dos Lagos (against the hill) has caused any issues for the Dos Lagos community? I'm wondering if I should be worried about the Silica dust or any respiratory issues

I don't know much about that mine but I have played golf there before and wonder how people can live so close to the mine. On a couple of the holes the dust was so bad if looked like it was foggy. Mines are normally associated with respiratory issues, if it were me, I wouldn't live there.

One thing to note is I think the wind usually blows towards the east and the homes are to the west of the mine. Still I wouldn't live there.

Thank you! Do you know what hole that is? I may rent a golf cart from the club & check it out
