How much is an energy bill in Palm Springs? For a 3 bedroom, 1600 sq ft home??

Depends on a couple of things: insulation and how hot/cold you like your home, as well as how efficient your HVAC system (many are older). I'm in a 1300SF condo, set my t-stat to 80-85 in the summer and 68 in winter, pay $200 in summer, under $100 in winter. Fans and space heaters help further reduce costs if you want to just turn off your system. My roof is coated with 6" of foam and my windows are double-paned.
